Petrojet receives an order to support work of manufacturing deep-water equipment in the Mozambique Gas Liquefaction Project

For the first time in the East Africa region, Petrojet received an order from Baker Hughes International to supply and manufacture of 700-ton deep-water equipment including the number “7” “Well Jumpers”.

The marine processing equipment will be manufactured and tested by ferryboat, while it will be transported by the customer for deep-water installation in the Indian Ocean 40 km off the coast of the “Cabo Delgado” province of Mozambique.

These works are the first for Petrojet in East Africa, and a testament to the company’s efforts to achieve its strategy to work in these promising regions, especially Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya.

Petrojet has established a representative office in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, several years ago with the aim of following up on gas liquefaction projects that started recently in Region.
